Couples therapy is to support partners in strengthening their connection, improving communication, and navigating challenges together. My approach is grounded in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), which helps couples better understand and express their underlying emotions and needs, fostering a deeper sense of trust, safety, and closeness. Sessions are 60 minutes and provide a structured, supportive space to explore patterns, repair ruptures, and build more secure and fulfilling relationships.

Offering supervision to Licensed Certified Social Workers (LCSWs) on the path to accruing hours for your Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) licensure. Receive individual guidance and steadfast support as you work towards achieving your licensure goals. Our meetings are scheduled for one hour to ensure thorough and effective support.

Couples Therapy: $220/60-minute session. Sliding scale available upon request.

Psychiatric Case Management: $25/15 minutes. Sliding scale available upon request.
